OUR PASTORS

Cedar Heights Church is led by a team of overseers, men who are accountable to Scripture and to one another, charged with shepherding the congregation, guarding sound doctrine, and providing spiritual direction for the church. This reflects the biblical pattern (1 Timothy 3:1–7; Titus 1:5–9; 1 Peter 5:1–4), where the responsibility for teaching, protecting, and leading the flock rests with a recognized body of qualified men.

Within the overseers, a subset serves as the Board. The Board is responsible for major decisions affecting the governance, direction, and accountability of the church on behalf of the full overseer team. All overseers share responsibility for the spiritual health of Cedar Heights. The Board carries the formal authority for decisions that shape the church's direction and structure.
